CANCELLATION POLICY
SICILY WINE & ART RETREAT September 15 - September 22, 2025 SIGNATURE SUITE COMPREHENSIVE AGREEMENT This Agreement is made on __________, 2025, between Blandino Inc. and Lingue di Fuoco ("Organizers") and ________________ ("Participant"). 1. PACKAGE & PRICING Accommodations: DELUXE ROOM Inclusions: 7 nights, daily breakfast, curated dining (7 dinners, 6 lunches), premium beverages, wine tastings, art supplies, yoga, transport, cultural site access, beach club entry, and welcome package. Pricing: Shared Room: $13,500/person Single Occupancy: $17,200 Non-Participant: $11,700 2. REGISTRATION & PAYMENT Payment Method: Wire transfer only; no credit cards or third-party processors. Schedule: 30% deposit upon signing (non-refundable) Final payment due June 15th, 2025 Participant covers all transfer fees; funds must clear before confirmation. 3. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS Strictly Non-Refundable: Due to advance commitments. Transfer Policy: You may transfer your spot (approval required, $250 fee, 30-day notice). 4. FORCE MAJEURE Covers natural disasters, political events, transport issues. Alternative dates/credits may be provided; no cash refunds. 5. LIABILITY WAIVER Participant acknowledges risks (physical activity, local cuisine, transport). Organizers are not liable for injury, loss, or unforeseen circumstances. 6. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS Passport: Must be valid 6 months post-retreat. Insurance: Comprehensive coverage required (medical, emergency evacuation). Flights & Transit: Participant is responsible for all travel arrangements. 7. HEALTH & SAFETY Ability to walk 2 miles daily, stand for extended periods, navigate terrain. Disclose medical conditions/dietary restrictions in advance. 8. PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS Schedule subject to weather and operational changes; equivalent substitutions provided. 9. DISPUTES Governed by Florida law; mediation in Collier County before legal action. 10. MEDIA RELEASE Photos/videos may be used for promotions; opt-out for close-ups available. 11. CODE OF CONDUCT Expected: Respect, punctuality, cooperation. Prohibited: Disruptive behavior, harassment, excessive alcohol, law violations. Violations may result in removal without refund. 12. LEGAL TERMS No chargebacks/disputes on payments. Participant covers legal/admin fees for violations. 13.
