SICILY WINE & ART RETREAT 2025 COMPREHENSIVE PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT AND TERMS

BETWEEN: Blandino Inc. and Lingue di Fuoco (collectively "Organizers") AND PARTICIPANT: _______________________________ ("Participant")

FOR: Sicily Wine & Art Retreat (September 29 - October 6, 2025)

SECTION 1: PACKAGE DETAILS AND PRICING

A. Accommodation Options (7 nights/8 days): Luxury boutique accommodations in a historic Sicilian estate with choice of:
- Luxury Suite with Spa Access
- Premium Villa with Private Pool
- Deluxe Villa with Pool and Spa Access

B. Package Inclusions: 1. Luxury accommodation with 10% VAT 2. Daily gourmet breakfast 3. Daily wellness program access 4. High-speed Wi-Fi 5. All curated dining experiences (7 dinners, 6 lunches) 6. Premium beverage packages 7. Curated wine tastings 8. Professional art supplies and instruction 9. Yoga classes and supplies 10. Private transportation 11. Cultural site entry fees 12. Exclusive beach club access 13. Welcome package and artisanal goodie bag

C. Total Package Pricing:
- Shared Room Package: $11,800 per person
- Single Occupancy Package: $13,900
- Non-Participant Package (Shared Room): $10,000

SECTION 2: REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT TERMS

A. Contract Acceptance: This contract must be read, understood, and signed before any payments will be accepted. By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that:
- You have read and understood all terms
- You had the opportunity to ask questions about any terms
- You accept all conditions without reservation
- You understand this is a legally binding document

B. Payment Method:
- Wire transfer ONLY
- No credit card payments accepted
- No third-party payment processors

C. Payment Schedule: 1. Initial Deposit: - 30% of total package price - Due only after contract is signed - Non-refundable under any circumstances

2. Remaining Payments: - First installment: Due July 29, 2025 (60 days before retreat) - Final installment: Due August 29, 2025 (30 days before retreat)

D. Wire Transfer Requirements: - Participant responsible for all wire transfer fees - Payments not complete until funds clear - Proof of transfer required - International transfers may take 3-5 business days to clear

SECTION 3: CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

A. Strict Non-Refundable Policy: All payments are non-refundable because:
- We commit to venue payments months in advance
- We reserve accommodations that cannot be cancelled
- We arrange for private services and experiences
- We maintain a limited participant count
- We decline other potential participants once spots are filled

B. Participant Replacement Option: If you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to another person, provided:
1. The replacement participant:
   - Meets all program requirements
   - Signs this same agreement
   - Pays any transfer fees
   - Completes all paperwork
   - Is approved by organizers

2. Transfer Timeline: - Must be requested in writing - Minimum 30 days before retreat start - $250 administrative fee applies - Original participant remains responsible until transfer is complete

SECTION 4: FORCE MAJEURE AND SERVICE MODIFICATIONS

A. Force Majeure Events Include: 1. Natural Events: - Hurricanes, storms, floods - Earthquakes, volcanic activity - Extreme weather conditions - Natural disasters

2. Human Events: - Government actions or restrictions - Wars or civil unrest - Strikes or labor disputes - Public health emergencies - Travel restrictions or advisories

3. Transportation Issues: - Airline cancellations - Travel disruptions - Border closures - Transportation strikes

B. Service Modifications: 1. If Instructor Cannot Attend: - Retreat proceeds with qualified substitute - No refunds will be issued - All other services continue as planned - Accommodation and meals will be provided - Alternative instruction arrangements will be made

2. If Retreat Cannot Operate on Original Dates: - Alternative dates will be offered - Credit for future retreat provided - Transfer to another participant allowed - No cash refunds issued

SECTION 5: LIABILITY WAIVERS AND RELEASES

A. General Liability Waiver: Participant acknowledges and accepts: 1. Physical Activities: - Art workshops may involve physical activity - Standing for extended periods - Walking on uneven terrain - Climbing stairs at historical sites - Transportation in various vehicles

2. Health Considerations: - Wine tasting activities - Varying altitudes - Mediterranean climate conditions - Local cuisine exposure

3. Personal Responsibility: - Managing personal belongings - Adhering to schedule - Following safety instructions - Reporting any concerns promptly

SECTION 6: TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

A. Required Documentation: 1. Valid Passport: - Must be valid for 6 months beyond retreat end date - Minimum two blank pages required - Copy must be provided to organizers

2. Insurance Requirements: - Comprehensive travel insurance mandatory - Must include medical coverage - Must include emergency evacuation - Proof required 60 days before departure

3. Personal Travel Arrangements: - Flights to/from Sicily - Pre/post retreat accommodations - Ground transportation to meeting point - Visa requirements if applicable

SECTION 7: HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS

A. Health Requirements: 1. Physical Capability: - Ability to walk up to 2 miles daily - Stand for 1-2 hour periods - Navigate stairs and uneven terrain - Participate in scheduled activities

2. Medical Conditions: - Must disclose relevant medical conditions - Dietary restrictions or allergies - Physical limitations - Emergency contact information

SECTION 8: PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS

A. Schedule Changes: 1. Weather-Related: - Outdoor activities may be rescheduled - Alternative indoor options provided - Timing adjustments as needed

2. Venue-Related: - Alternative locations if needed - Equivalent substitutions - Quality standards maintained

SECTION 9: DISPUTE RESOLUTION

A. Resolution Process: 1. Initial Resolution: - Direct communication with organizers - Written notification required - 30-day resolution period

2. Mediation: - If direct resolution fails - Conducted in Collier County, Florida - Costs shared equally

3. Legal Proceedings: - Florida law governs - Collier County jurisdiction - English language proceedings

SECTION 10: MEDIA RELEASE

A. Photography and Recording: 1. Professional Documentation: - Photos and videos will be taken - May be used for promotional purposes - No compensation for usage

2. Participant Rights: - May opt out of close-up shots - Group shots included by default - Social media guidelines provided

SECTION 11: CODE OF CONDUCT

A. Expected Behavior: 1. Professional Conduct: - Respectful interaction required - Cultural sensitivity expected - Punctuality for all activities - Cooperation with staff

2. Prohibited Behavior: - Disruptive conduct - Harassment of any kind - Excessive alcohol consumption - Violation of local laws

3. Consequences: - Verbal warning for minor infractions - Written warning for serious issues - Possible removal from program - No refund if removed

SECTION 12: LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS AND REMEDIES

A. Payment Disputes: By signing this agreement, you explicitly agree: 1. Not to initiate any payment disputes 2. Not to attempt any payment reversals 3. To accept wire transfer as sole payment method 4. To acknowledge all payments as final

B. Legal Jurisdiction: 1. This agreement is governed by Florida law 2. Any disputes will be resolved in Collier County, Florida 3. Participant agrees to jurisdiction in Florida

C. Legal Consequences of Violation: If terms are violated, participant is responsible for:
- Original payment amount
- All legal fees
- Collection costs
- Administrative fees
- Interest at maximum legal rate

SECTION 13: FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENTS
